BirdieCast processes recordings and production context to turn real moments into stories. This policy explains the information involved.
Information BirdieCast Processes
BirdieCast may process videos, audio, voices, transcripts, photographs, names, scene notes, course selections, approximate location, weather context, device information, purchases, diagnostics, and AI prompts and responses.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to record and organize productions, generate AI-assisted commentary and edits, create final movies, provide course and weather context, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and support customers.
People Appearing in Recordings
Recordings may contain information about people who do not hold a BirdieCast account. The person uploading the recording is responsible for obtaining any permission required to record and process those individuals.
Service Providers
BirdieCast may use trusted providers such as Amazon Web Services, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Google, Apple, payment providers, analytics services, and future production vendors to operate the service.
Storage and Retention
Information may be stored locally on a device and in secured cloud systems. Retention periods may vary by production status, account status, legal requirements, safety needs, and customer deletion requests.
Sharing
BirdieCast does not sell private recordings. Information may be shared with invited participants, processors needed to deliver the service, professional advisers, or authorities when required by law or necessary to address serious abuse or safety concerns.
Security
BirdieCast uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices
Users will be able to manage production access, request deletion, correct certain information, and control optional sharing. Additional rights may apply depending on where a user lives.
Children
BirdieCast is not intended for children to operate independently. Adults uploading recordings involving minors are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian permission.
