Terms of Use

By using BirdieCast, you agree to these Terms of Use and to act responsibly when recording, uploading, producing, or sharing content.
Your Content and Permissions
You remain responsible for videos, audio, names, notes, locations, instructions, and other material you submit. You confirm that you own that content or have permission to record, upload, process, edit, narrate, and share it.
Participant Consent
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record recognizable people, voices, private conversations, property, events, or locations. Do not secretly record where doing so is prohibited.
Prohibited Content
Do not use BirdieCast for illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, invasive, deceptive, dangerous, defamatory, infringing, or nonconsensual content. Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Limited Processing License
You grant BirdieCast a limited license to store, copy, analyze, transcribe, edit, narrate, transform, and deliver your content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
AI-Generated Material
BirdieCast may generate commentary, summaries, edits, scores, titles, and other creative output using artificial intelligence. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before public distribution.
Moderation and Enforcement
BirdieCast may refuse processing, restrict sharing, remove content, suspend access, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful requests when content may violate these terms or applicable law.
Copyright
Do not upload music, broadcasts, video, logos, trademarks, or other protected material unless you have the necessary rights. You are responsible for claims arising from content you submit.
Service Availability
Features may change, fail, be delayed, or become unavailable. BirdieCast does not guarantee uninterrupted storage, processing, delivery, or preservation of recordings.
